Real Estate Sign and Lockbox service

Welcome to Aluma Post! We provide a service to real estate professionals here in Utah by installing and removing/storing sign panels and lockboxes. We are an affiliate member of the local board of realtors© so we can provide Supra lockbox install/removal as well as sign installation.

Pricing (Install + Removal):

$65 - Sign Post Rental (Residential)*

$45 - Sign Post (Residential) + discount for allowing us to add our trusted lender rider on top**

$100 - Commercial 4’x4’ -removal included!
$150 - Commercial 4’x8’ - removal included!
Larger and custom commercial projects available.

* Initial rental period of 90 days (negotiable) if using our sign posts. $20 per month after that until removal is requested.

** $20 discount off of standard pricing for allowing us to place our trusted lender rider on top of the post with your sign. Available to anyone. Agent referrals are welcomed, not required.

$30 - Rental Supra (Aluma Owned)

$15 - Flyer box rental (Agent supplied flyers)

FREE - Flyer box rental + trusted lender supplied flyers! We will add the flyer box and fill it for you!!

$25 - Smart Aluma QR code rider

$35 - Additional trip charge

FREE - Open house sign setup + Lender sit in. Let us help with your open house! Limited availability. Contact Kylee to schedule.

We service Northern Utah Ogden to Provo and St. George with the following areas being an additional amount:

Eagle Mountain / Saratoga Springs = +$30

Spanish Fork / Payson / Santaquin = +$45

Tooele = +$45

Park City/ Heber/ Kamas/ Eden/ Huntsville/ Morgan = +$45

Brigham City = +$30

Tremonton = +$75

Logan = +$100

*We do service the entire state of Utah. If your listing is not one of the above areas, please login and create a new installation order. Sign Traker system will quote you the exact amount for install in any zip code in Utah.
